Absolutely! Every order includes our comprehensive care guide with species-specific advice. We recommend unpacking immediately upon arrival, watering if roots appear dry, and planting within 2-3 days for best results.

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with climate-appropriate packaging and full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 days via EMS with the same careful packaging standards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), accounting for seasonal planting times and customs regulations. Our packaging is customized for international transit, and our customer service team can provide specific guidance for your country’s requirements.
How long does order processing take?

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Plants must be in their original, resalable condition. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns of planted specimens.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution with our specialized packaging, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and plants. We’ll work diligently to replace your botanical treasures or provide appropriate compensation.
Do you guarantee plant survival after planting?
As live plants’ survival depends on many factors beyond our control (soil conditions, local climate, care practices), we can’t guarantee survival after planting. However, we guarantee that all plants leave our nursery in peak condition and provide detailed care instructions to maximize your success.
